Our pricing.

Our pricing is really simple - let us know how long you'd like to have us for and then select your ice cream or gelato quantity.

60 min service (for up to 100 people) $600
90 min service (for up to 150 people) $675
120 min service (for up to 200 people) $750

​Looking for a longer service time, additional cart or additional server we can do that too - just let us know when you book.

​Services after 9pm incur an additional cost of $150/hour.
Public holiday surcharges apply, priced on enquiry.
Travel fees may apply for some locations outside of Brisbane.

Each ice cream tub serves 30 - 35 people
5 L Tubs are $66/tub

We serve award-winning, locally made ice cream and gelato, with dairy-free, vegan and gluten friendly options too.

Please note our Artisan Premium range is priced on enquiry.

    • Hire of our vintage themed cart including festive lights for evening events

    • Your choice of flavours from our premium artisan, ice cream & gelato menu

    • A friendly uniformed host to serve ice cream to your guests

    • All waffle cones, cups, spoons and serviettes

    • Full set-up & pack-down

    • Local delivery within Brisbane. A small travel charge applies to events on the Sunshine & Gold Coast
