Our pricing.

Simply choose your service time, select your ice cream quantity, add-ons and custom branding choices - and that’s it! It’s the same price for corporate events, parties, weddings – there’s no hidden costs!

1 hour service (for up to 100 people) $600
1.5 hours service (for up to 150 people) $675
2 hours service (for up to 200 people) $750
2.5 hours service is $825
3 hours service is $900

Additional 30 mins extra service time is $75

Service time

What’s included

Hire of our vintage cart including festive lights for evening events

  • A friendly uniformed host to serve ice cream

  • All waffle cones, cups, spoons and serviettes

  • Full set-up & pack-down

  • Local delivery within Brisbane. A small travel charge applies to events over 1 hour away.

Ice cream tubs

Each ice cream tub serves 30 - 35 people
5L Ice cream, Gelato, Sorbet & Vegan tubs are $66/tub

5L Artisan tubs are $88

We can serve up to 3 flavours at a time from our carts, which hold 9 tubs at a time.

Additional server

$150 per hour
For events with high quantity of guests and limited service time, we can have an additional server to speed up service time.

Late service fees

Public holiday surcharges apply, priced on enquiry.


Travel fees for destinations over 1 hour from Brisbane CBD $75, for areas much further we price on enquiry.

FAQs

  • Our carts fit into most goods & services lifts, but only our newer Capri cart fits in a standard lift. The Vintage bike cart can not manouvre corners or tight spaces so please keep this in mind when selecting your service location. Our carts are both 200Kgs + so they can not go up stairs or be lifted.

  • Our carts require a standard power point, and as such are a safety hazard if exposed to rain. Please ensure you have a wet weather plan for your event, otherwise we may have to cancel. You can check our Terms & Conditions for our wet weather policy.

  • We require 2 car parks in space to load and unload our cart via ramps from our van or trailer. We also have a height restriction of 2.3m on our trailer/4WD, and 2.7m on our van.

  • Our Vintage Bike cart needs to be within 20m of a power point, in some circumstances we can run of a battery. Our Capri Cart operates on a battery.

All pricing is quoted on enquiry, custom branding requires a minimum of 4 weeks lead time.
