Happiest memory as a kid? Eating ice cream out of the tub with my siblings when my parents weren’t looking! Or getting that ice cream treat after winning a sports competition to celebrate with my family. It’s the memories shared with people that ice cream makes me think about. And that’s something I want to share with others too.

As a proud veteran who served 10 years in the Australian Army, I have a passion for bringing communities together and as a father of three young boys nothing makes me happier than seeing them share in the joy of ice cream and a celebration. You might even see them at an event with me, bringing their youthful charm to our service.

It’s a gift, a pleasure to connect with people celebrating life’s special moments, and creating unforgettable memories with our vintage ice cream cart. Together with my partner Natalie, you will often find us dancing once we’ve served your guests back behind the cart, and competing to see who can scoop/serve the most!
