Important things to keep in mind when booking our vintage ice cream carts.

Height 1.8m (with awning)These sizes are important to note if you plan to have our carts inside, or if we need to navigate lifts or hallways.

We require a loading zone where our Van can park and unload the ice cream cart via short ramps. In total the car space required is about 2 car parks. For some events we may use a 4WD and trailer, depending on cart selection. Please ensure we have somewhere close to location of the carts set up to park our vehicles and unload/load.

Let us know what time you’d like us to arrive to set up (bump in) and when you’d like us to serve your guests.
Typically we arrive an hour earlier for most events to set up comfortably, but for weddings just let us know your preference.
We usually pack and discreetly leave your event at the end of service time.
Bump in & bump out usually takes about 25mins depending on the location of the cart and distance from the parking. Please let us know as much details as possible for the ice cream carts location so we don’t have to bother you on your event day -
In the event of rain, our carts can not safely operate outdoors. Please ensure you have a covered location (not in mud) for the ice cream carts. We typically require a standard powerpoint to plug the freezers into which makes it unsafe to operate in the rain. Check our cancellation policy for details on refunds if unexpected rain means we or you need to cancel.

Where our ice cream is labeled GF, this is for Gluten Friendly ice cream - not Gluten Free. We do our best to accomodate a range of flavours on our menu from Gluten Friendly, Dairy Free and Vegan. When in doubt - just ask and we can let you know.

Unfortunately we do not have a shop front and can not provide taste testing before your event. But we can guarantee you will not be disappointed. Our ice cream is sourced locally in Brisbane from an award winning Australian made family run company.
