This is completely up to you! As long as you want us there - we’re all yours. As a general guide, most bookings opt for 60, 90 or 120 minutes of service time. This is what you pay for.

But if you’re looking for a longer service time or cart only hire - we can do that too! Sometimes we will bump in (drop the cart & setup) before your ceremony to ensure we don’t disrupt your day. And return at service time to serve your guests.

We create customised quotes for each and every inquiry, to ensure we’re tailoring together the very best experience for you (and not charging for the frills you don’t care for).

We try to keep our pricing as simple as possible - based on how long you'd like to have us for, your ice cream or gelato quantity and any special touches you’d like.

We serve award-winning, locally made ice cream and gelato. We have over 30 flavours to choose from and can serve up to three flavours from our cart. With dairy free and gluten friendly options, we've​ got someone to please everyone!

We most certainly will! We are based in Brisbane city, so all local events include transport to & from your venue.

A small travel charge applies to events on the Sunshine & Gold Coast. We also travel further for special occasions - just get in touch!

Your host will arrive 30 min prior to set up and will be ready to leave 30 min after your event.

Yes they sure are! We also have an A2 personalised sign with your name and flavours listed for your guests.

We have an AC powered freezer on our cute little cart! We can also use our inverter if needed for beach or garden venues (fees apply).

Our bike cart is approx 2 metres long - and very very heavy! Please advise us if you plan on putting it in a tight corner or in a lift... this little baby won't go up stairs as its very heavy and needs to ride in a goods service lift (most hotel service lifts will accommodate).

Our second more modern/sleek cart ‘The Capri’ is a smaller cart that fits in most normal lifts. It’s still a little heavy though, so again we can’t make it up stairs or hills or across soggy grass.
